This role supports the MKT team across community engagement and content production for product-led marketing — expanding the Katalon brand into new communities where testers already spend their time, and building a stronger, faster presence there. The intern will contribute to existing content series and community programs, and will be encouraged to pitch and run their own community content ideas. This is a hands-on role with real ownership.

Responsibilities include:

• Produce written and video content across the Quality People series and the monthly product video series (Give it a Test)

• Pitch, own, and publish at least one self-driven community content idea, from concept to launch

• Engage with communities, testers, and creators/influencers to grow Katalon's awareness

• Help reduce average time to reply and time to solve on community threads

• Is strong in written and spoken English, since this role is public-facing across global communities

• Has demonstrable content creation experience, written or video, with examples available for review — and an innovative eye for pitching original content rather than repeating a template

• Is comfortable posting and engaging in public communities and forums, sharing what's landing and what isn't rather than just the highlight reel

• Is a self-starter who can take a rough brief and run with it, figuring out how to grow reach and reduce response time without being told exactly how

• Has a genuine passion for community, not just posting on its behalf

• Is currently pursuing or has recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
