About the role

We’re looking for an AI builder who can figure out where a new product belongs in the market and get the right people using it. You should be as comfortable testing an agentic workflow as deciding who needs it, where to reach them, and what would make them come back.

You’ll own the work of connecting the product with its users. That means recommending which audiences to pursue, testing the opportunity with real people, and changing direction when the evidence calls for it. You’ll work closely with the product manager, engineering, and design, with direct input into positioning, onboarding, and product priorities.

This role suits someone who sees an emerging developer workflow and immediately wants to try it, question it, and work out what opportunity it creates. Bring original ideas and the initiative to test them.

What you will own

• Build integrations that open channels. Create working integrations, plugins and marketplace listings with coding agents and developer platforms

• Create technical demos and content. Build demo apps, sample repos, tutorials and docs that show developers real value in minutes.

• Engineer discovery. Build programmatic SEO pages and structured product information for search and AI-generated answers (GEO), and measure what those visitors do next.

• Build growth tooling. Set up tracking, dashboards and automation for outreach, user research and experiment measurement.

• Run technical experiments. Test channel and launch ideas quickly, measure them honestly, then scale what works and stop what doesn’t.

• Find the right users. Talk to developers and testers, and analyze usage data (SQL, product analytics) to find the segments and use cases with the strongest need.

• Be the technical voice to users and partners. Give fluent English technical demos, support partner integrations, and bring developer feedback back to the product team.

Job requirements

• Exprience in software engineering, solutions engineering, DevRel or another technical role, with real shipped work you can show (GitHub or portfolio).

• Experience at B2B SaaS, developer tools or AI product companies, ideally in launch or growth-related work.

• Solid coding skills (e.g. TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, APIs, webhooks) and daily use of agentic AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).

• A strong understanding of developer workflows, testing and CI/CD.

• Growth and market judgment: you can connect what you build to who it reaches, and measure whether it worked.

• Very strong spoken and written English, comfortable demoing to developers, partners and executives.
